Job summary

Bayer is hiring for a Supply Chain operations leadership role in the United States. The position oversees Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness and workstreams related to data, systems, traceability and government pricing. The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and strong SAP/ERP,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience accepted.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to develop tailored customer solutions and strengthen relationships.
