Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations leader in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑supported models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.
• Ability to bridge business requirements to IT and business functions; cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
