Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, coordinate NDC-12 readiness, and align with IT, Regulatory and Finance. A 5+ year pharma ops background and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters or equivalent with 5+ years in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialization.
• Strong SAP/ERP and data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
• Maintain Bayer readiness with external discussions and industry standards.
