Job summary

Accor's Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica is seeking a Reservations leader to drive department performance, manage group and individual bookings, and align with Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams. The role emphasizes revenue optimization and guest service excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management & eCommerce, you will lead service standards, mentor staff, and use Opera PMS to optimize room revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a similar role required.
• Opera PMS experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Experience in group and tour markets preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Reservations department and ensure all service standards are followed.
• Manage and coordinate all group and individual reservations.
• Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
• Maximize revenues by ensuring all Reservation Agents are knowledgeable in room product and hotel services.
