Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Sales Executive to drive revenue across FIG Restaurant, SOKO, Lobby Lounge and The Bungalow. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and coordinate with culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional private dining experiences.

Formación

• Previous hospitality sales experience or luxury F&B sales preferred.
• Ability to develop new business and manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Familiarity with private dining, social events and venue-buyout sales is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a deep understanding of each venue’s positioning, menus, capacities and services.
• Serve as the primary contact for event inquiries and bookings from inquiry to event execution.
• Solicit and secure business for private dining, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events.
• Achieve sales goals by cultivating new accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
• Generate business through calls, outreach, networking, site inspections and industry events.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Operations, Sales and Finance to confirm availability, pricing and feasibility.
