Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and distribution.

You will help balance regional inventory by directing equipment based on demand and productivity, while reviewing reports to ensure accuracy of reservations and contracts, including U-Box products. The role emphasizes teamwork, responsive service, and proactive coordination in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in equipment placement, reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
