Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will support customers, field team members and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and distribution of equipment.

Responsibilities include reviewing reports to optimize equipment availability and assisting with U-Box storage products. A high school diploma and strong phone/email etiquette are required, with a focus on teamwork and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of multiline phones and office equipment.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment and reservations.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
