Job summary

Roberts Hawaii, Inc. is seeking a CRO Agent to be the primary voice for customer and agent reservations on the islands. Responsibilities include handling calls, processing orders via email, fax, and web portal, and delivering excellent service with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel), and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Some remote work may be necessary and the department is CRO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type 40 wpm and use Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations for Roberts Hawaii products and services across four islands.
• Answer incoming calls with excellent customer service; reconfirm reservation details and process payments.
• Check email, fax, and website portal for orders; assist with reports and communications.
• Escalate issues to Lead/Supervisor/Manager/Director as needed.
• Attend training and participate in process improvement for CRO tasks.
