Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team in Hawaii. You will handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms, support group bookings, and help maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining excellent guest service.

You should have prior experience as a Reservation Agent in hospitality, strong computer skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms.
• Manage Group Reservations and ensure adherence to contracts and guest satisfaction.
• Load and maintain rates, packages and tracking codes in the PMS.
• Monitor room categories to maximize revenue and minimize walks.
• Assist with budgeting and revenue forecasting as needed.
