Job summary

You will use multiple computer programs, including Cisco Call Manager, to access guest details, answer questions, and transfer calls while following department policies and maintaining flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Cross training to achieve proficiency in both PBX and reservation systems is required.
• Prepared to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external guests by expediting calls and handling requests per script.
• Utilize computer programs simultaneously to gather information for guest service.
• Process online reservations for hotel rooms and handle general information inquiries.
• Access information and process dinner reservations using established departmental procedures.
