You will support customers, field teams and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution, ensuring accurate allocations based on demand and inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
• Proficient with phones, Word and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
