Job summary
U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team environment. You will support customers, field teams, and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution under the Traffic Control Manager.
The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and balancing regional inventory to meet demand. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with office equipment, phones, and email.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with basic office equipment and multitasking.
- Strong customer service and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with calls and inquiries.
- Support field teams and dealerships with reservations and equipment management.
- Direct equipment to areas based on demand to balance inventory and meet future demand.
- Assist with U-Box portable storage product.
