U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team in Mobile, AL. You will support customers, field teammates, and U-Haul dealerships with reservation placement, equipment distribution, and allocation based on demand.

The role emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and efficient use of office tools to maintain accurate reservations and strengthen inventory balance across regions. Part-time hours and a company culture of growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with office equipment, including multiline phones, Word and email.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers to equipment based on demand and productivity status to balance regional inventory.
• Review reports to aid in effective equipment placement, reservations, and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
