Job summary

Career Team, LLC is seeking a RESEA Program Manager to provide strategic oversight for the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment program in Plano, TX. You will manage service delivery operations, ensure contractual compliance, and lead performance outcomes while supervising RESEA staff and coordinating with unemployment agencies.

The role focuses on driving reemployment, job placement, and customer engagement, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, reporting, and cross-department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in workforce development, business admin, human services, or related field.
• 2+ years in business, marketing, public relations, education, or workforce development services.
• Experience with RESEA or UI-integrated service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of RESEA program delivery and ensure alignment with goals and contracts.
• Supervise RESEA staff and foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture.
• Establish KPIs and develop strategies to meet reemployment and placement targets.
• Collaborate with local/state workforce partners to implement program initiatives.
• Review performance data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Career Team in stakeholder meetings and state workgroups.
