Job summary

SERCO OF TEXAS - LAREDO is seeking a RESEA program coordinator to support unemployment claimants with rapid re-employment services in South Texas. The role emphasizes outreach, assessment, and enrollment in WIOA programs, ensuring timely delivery of required RESEA services to eligible claimants.

You will conduct intake, coordinate with employers, document activities in WIT, and maintain participant records while traveling as needed within the service area. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Public Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience interviewing customers to assess training and employment needs.
• Preferred experience in sales and job placement.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and provide RESEA services to claimants meeting criteria.
• Interview customers to assess service needs.
• Ensure all RESEA services are documented in WIT.
• Coordinate with employers in South Texas.
• Maintain participant records and generate weekly reports.
• Attend RESEA trainings and manage intake process.
• Travel within state service area as needed.
