Job summary

Career Team LLC is seeking a RESEA Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment program. You will manage service delivery operations, ensure contractual compliance, and drive performance outcomes in line with Career Team’s goals.

You will supervise RESEA staff, collaborate with state workforce partners, and analyze data to implement continuous program improvements while maintaining data integrity across required systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business, marketing, public relations, education, human and/or workforce development services.
• Knowledgeable about RESEA programs and other workforce program requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in workforce development programs, preferably with RESEA or UI-integrated service delivery.
• Experience leading teams to meet performance metrics in case management or career services settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and partner agencies.
• Proficiency in data systems including Work In Texas and other case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of RESEA program delivery, ensuring services align with program goals and contractual requirements.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to RESEA Supervisors and team, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to meet performance goals related to reemployment, job placement, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and local/state workforce partners for consistent program implementation.
• Review performance data, analyze trends, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Lead quality assurance processes and ensure data integrity across required systems.
• Support staff development by coordinating training and knowledge-sharing on policies and procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated participant matters and compliance issues.
