Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience required with Bachelor’s degree or 6 months of experience per 15 hours credit; up to two years otherwise.
• Experience in career management and job search processes.
• Experience with MS Office systems (1–3 yrs).
• Experience in Case Management (1–3 yrs).
• Experience in Customer Service (1–3 yrs).
• Inbound/Outbound calling experience (1–3 yrs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth eligibility interviews and guide career-focused plans.
• Provide personalized reemployment guidance and resources.
• Ensure program compliance and high-quality customer experience.
• Connect participants to job search, training, and supportive services.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing coaching to keep on track.
• Collaborate with Workforce Solutions partners for wraparound support.
• Manage caseloads in a dynamic environment.
