Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in workforce development or related services.
• Knowledge of RESEA program requirements.
• 1+ year leading teams to meet metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with data systems including Work In Texas.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base.
• Public speaking and workshop facilitation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RESEA program delivery aligning with goals and state guidance.
• Supervise RESEA Supervisors and team; coach for high performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for reemployment and job placement.
• Collaborate with local and state workforce partners and leadership.
• Analyze performance data and develop action plans for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in required systems.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing on policies and procedures.
• Serve as liaison for escalated participant matters and compliance issues.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, business administration, human services, or related field
