Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage customers who already know ADT and reintroduce modern security solutions. You will tailor offerings by space and lifestyle, deliver compelling presentations, and follow up post-installations to secure referrals.

A valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and tech-savvy agility are essential, with uncapped commission potential. Compensation includes base earnings via commissions with an opportunity to reach six-figure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, to shorten sales cycles and build lasting relationships.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security and life-safety features tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting product benefits versus competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads to maximize outreach.
