ADT is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to re-engage customers who already know ADT and reintroduce modern security solutions. You will present tailored security, automation, and life-safety options to fit customers’ spaces and lifestyles.

Expect a path to uncapped commissions with a training period, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team focused on growth and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; licensing may be required by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold calling strangers, shortening sales cycles and building relationships.
• Provide personalized security, automation, and life safety solutions tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting benefits over competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and identify leads to maximize outreach.
