Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with customers who already know ADT. You will fuel faster sales cycles by reintroducing modern solutions tailored to their needs, and you will present compelling proposals to prospects across the country.

Travel within a designated territory is expected, using your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. The role offers uncapped commissions and a strong training program to help you achieve top performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; location-based licensing may be needed.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; focuses on new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder; consults with customers to find solutions.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments and quick to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers; shorter sales cycles.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals highlighting product advantages.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads.
