ADT Security Services seeks a motivated Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest and rebuild trust with existing customers. You will re-engage clients, present tailored security solutions, and drive referrals while maintaining strong relationships.

You will deliver compelling presentations, follow up post-installations, and pursue new leads to maximize growth. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover new leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder; able to consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; thrive in dynamic environments and learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold calling strangers, to shorten sales cycles.
• Provide personalized solutions that combine security and life-safety features.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new leads.
