Job summary

ADT, a leading security solutions provider, is hiring a Resale Sales Representative. You will re-engage customers who already know ADT and reintroduce modern security and life-safety solutions to fit their homes or small businesses.

Expect shorter sales cycles, higher conversion, and a real impact on growth. You will present tailored proposals, follow up post-install, and identify new leads to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and accountable.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator who can consult with customers and close deals.
• Adaptable in dynamic environments; able to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, shortening sales cycles.
• Provide personalized security, automation, and life-safety solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
