ADT Security Services seeks a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest with customers who know our brand, delivering tailored security and automation solutions. You will present compelling proposals and close deals while building lasting relationships.

This role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a strong training program designed to accelerate your sales career in a nationwide market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder to guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, with shorter sales cycles.
• Provide personalized security and life-safety solutions tailored to space and lifestyle.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting product advantages.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads.
