ADT Security Services is seeking a Resale Sales Representative to reactivate interest and rebuild trust with existing customers, accelerating short sales cycles with potential for significant commissions.

You will tailor security, automation, and life-safety solutions, deliver engaging presentations, and pursue new leads while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Territory travel and performance-driven rewards are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can consult with customers and guide to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage previous customers, not cold-calling strangers, with shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates.
• Provide personalized solutions combining security, automation, and life safety features.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting product benefits vs. competitors.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads.
