Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in complex B2B sales with a solution-based selling approach.
• A proven track record of sales growth through consultative, strategic selling.
• Experience in distribution and a scientific or lab environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide VWR solutions to customers across assigned market segments.
• Manage a territory with many customers across diverse markets.
• Prospect and establish new customers by managing a sales pipeline and presenting value proposals.
• Sell consultatively, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic territory plans and quotas.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
