Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our team in a full-time, Monday through Friday role. You will oversee vehicle intake, processing, storage, and release, while maintaining a clean, secure lot and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, handles difficult conversations professionally, and enforces company policies with discretion. A strong attention to detail and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and professionalism when handling upset customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to enforce policies with discretion and safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors.
• Inspect and clean vehicles upon arrival; bag, label, and secure personal property.
• Maintain accurate inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases by verifying identification and paperwork.
• De-escalate difficult situations with calm, professional communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure lot and customer service area.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
