Paramount Recovery Service Inc is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to join our team immediately. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, requiring organization and composure in handling challenging customer interactions in a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will oversee receipt, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and personal items, maintaining a clean, secure lot and professional customer service area.

Qualifications

• Reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and ability to remain calm with confrontational customers.
• Excellent verbal communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to enforce policies while remaining professional.
• Sound judgment and ability to involve management when needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; 22+ for insurance.
• Detail-oriented with accurate records and documentation.
• Flexible; overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors.
• Inspect and clean vehicles, bagging and labeling personal property.
• Maintain accurate inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases by verifying ID and required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers who may be upset or frustrated.
• De-escalate situations while enforcing company procedures.
• Elevate threats or disputes to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure vehicle lot and customer service area.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
