Paramount Recovery Service Inc in California is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant for a full-time role Monday through Friday. You will manage vehicle repossession lots, verify paperwork, assist customers, and maintain a tidy, secure site while following safety rules.

The ideal candidate shows reliability, strong communication, and calm handling of difficult conversations. A valid driver's license and clean record are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent attendance and reliability required.
• Strong customer service and professional communication under pressure.
• Ability to enforce policies while staying courteous.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; 22+ for insurance.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and vendors.
• Inspect and clean arriving vehicles; bag and label personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist with vehicle releases by verifying ID and required paperwork.
• De-escalate upset customers while maintaining safety and policy.
• Escalate safety or dispute issues to management.
• Maintain clean, organized lot and customer service area.
• Communicate with team and customers; perform additional duties as assigned.
