Paramount is seeking a dependable, professional Lot Attendant to join our team immediately. You will oversee the receipt, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and personal items, maintaining a clean, organized lot and customer service area.

The role requires calm, respectful communication, de-escalation when needed, and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures. You will interact with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers, handling paperwork and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• 22+ years old for insurance purposes.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and calm under pressure.
• Ability to enforce policies with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and vendors.
• Inspect and clean vehicles, bag and label personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases, verify IDs and paperwork.
• De-escalate confrontations while remaining professional and respectful.
• Communicate with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
