Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and vendors.
• Inspect, bag, label and secure personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, property and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases and verify paperwork.
• De-escalate difficult interactions while enforcing policies.
• Keep the lot and customer area organized and secure.
• Escalate threats or disputes to management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
