You will inspect arrivals, maintain inventories, assist customers, and de‑escalate tense interactions while enforcing company policies. A professional, detail‑oriented approach is essential for success in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third‑party vendors.
• Inspect and clean vehicles on arrival; bag and label personal property.
• Maintain accurate inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases by verifying ID and authorization; complete paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers who may be upset or frustrated.
• De‑escalate situations while following procedures.
• Elevate threats or disputes to management when unsafe.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure vehicle lot and service area.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
