Job summary

Quick Track Asset Recovery, LLC seeks a Full Time Lot Attendant to support the repossession process. You will handle property movement, inventory control, and ensure items are correctly bagged, tagged, and stored daily.

You’ll interface with debtors, maintain security of keys in the lock box, and release to auction when needed. Responsibilities include inspecting lots and vehicles, maintaining neat outdoor work areas, and communicating accurately in person and in writing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Self-starter with good communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Move objects between locations; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain front and back area inventory of lot items.
• Tag and store personal property daily; secure keys in lock box.
• Interact with debtors; provide clear information about property.
• Release to auction if no redemption arrangements are made.
• Operate office equipment when needed (fax, copy, printer).
• Inspect lot and vehicles for tampering or misplacement.
