Job summary

Paramount Recovery Service is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to manage the arrival, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and personal items. You will maintain an organized, secure lot and provide courteous customer service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires excellent attendance, strong communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations while enforcing company policies and procedures. Forklift exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, calm demeanor, and professional conduct with confrontational customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents and third-party vendors.
• Inspect and clean arriving vehicles; bag, label, and secure personal property.
• Maintain inventories of vehicles, personal property, and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases by verifying ID and required paperwork.
