This full-time role supports the receipt, processing, storage, and release of repossessed vehicles and personal property while keeping a clean, organized lot and professional customer area. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to stay calm under pressure, de-escalate confrontations, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and the ability to stay calm with upset customers.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; at least 22 for insurance.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process vehicles and personal property from repossession.
• Inspect, bag, label, and secure items for safekeeping.
• Maintain accurate inventories of vehicles and lot equipment.
• Assist customers with vehicle releases and verify authorizations.
• De-escalate confrontations and maintain professional customer service.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and secure; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Recovery Agents, management, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
