Apple is seeking a Genius to combine troubleshooting expertise with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services in Charleston. You will educate customers about repair options, perform repairs on serviced devices, and mentor team members to uphold Apple’s high standard of service.

As a Genius, you’ll stay up to date on products, support customer concerns with care, and contribute to an inclusive environment while aligning with Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.

Formación

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Comfort with repairing Apple devices and educating customers on options.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service to customers by understanding needs and offering product recommendations.
• Educate customers on Apple offerings and repair options; mentor store teammates as needed.
