• Educate customers on relevant products and services to optimize their purchases.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Serve as a mentor and positive role model for Genius Bar teammates.
• Support leadership in providing timely resolutions to escalated issues.
