Job summary

Boyd Group Services is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating estimates and coordinating vehicle repairs. You will document all contact with customers and insurance companies, and ensure repairs align with KPIs across the repair facility.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, DRP processes, and at least 1 year of DRP experience, with I-CAR training pursued. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and monthly safety meetings.
• Support all team members when required and uphold KPIs and core values.
