Job summary

Boyd Group in the United States is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences, create accurate damage appraisals, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP and WOW procedures while contributing to facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and willingness to train (I-CAR).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance experience.
• 1 year DRP experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure insurance client requirements and metrics compliance.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members; greet customers warmly.
• Understand insurance programs and participate in daily production walks.
• Support team and participate in monthly health & safety meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
