The Boyd Group in Huntington, WV is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating vehicle repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience; willingness to complete I-CAR training and a valid driver's license is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members when required
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
• Participate in training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
