The Boyd Group in Port Richey, FL is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth repair experience. You will document details, guide customers, and support the team to meet KPIs.

This role requires basic computer skills, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are encouraged as part of professional growth within a supportive environment.

• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.

Responsabilités

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers and maintain positive energy in person and over the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Join daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended.
