Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Georgia to provide exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance carriers throughout the process.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, guiding customers through repairs, ensuring DRP and insurance compliance, and supporting team members to meet facility KPIs. Training and licenses are required and commissions may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with DRP processes; willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, processes, and metrics.
• Follow company operating standards for customer drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain KPI levels by performance and teamwork.
