Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our team of rental professionals. You will answer calls, qualify needs, educate customers on equipment, and manage rental contracts and payments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service and transportation teams to ensure rental readiness, obtaining insurance proof, and supporting sales staff. Ability to travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of equipment product lines and rental operations.
• Good problem solving and communication abilities.
• Flexible, collaborative, and willing to work across locations.
• Familiar with company policies and procedures; basic computer skills.
• Experience with Lotus Notes and DBSI is preferred; able to work overtime and travel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming rental and sales related calls and maintain a call log.
• Qualify customer needs with rental equipment availability.
• Educate customers on equipment specs, safety, and use.
• Initiate and maintain rental contracts accurately and timely.
• Collect required information for credit approval and process payments.
• Coordinate with service and transportation departments for rental readiness and deliveries.
• Obtain proof of insurance from customers and maximize inventory utilization.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
