Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage branch rental and sales agreements, ensuring smooth processing and top-tier customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset within a dynamic environment.

You will handle inquiries, process contracts, and collaborate with other departments to align rental activities with company goals while maintaining precise records and contributing to branch efficiency.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
3+ years in rental, customer service, or billing (preferred).
1-2 years of data entry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
MS Excel experience preferred.

Mansioni

Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies, provide documentation and solutions.
Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions.
Ensure returned or off-rented equipment is documented promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities.
Provide backup support to team members as needed.
Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
Maintain records of rental transactions, customer information, and payments.
Create and receive purchase orders and vendor invoices.
Verify and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
