Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage branch rental and sales agreements, handle inquiries, and ensure a safe, customer-focused service mindset. You will verify transactions, document returns, coordinate with other departments, and maintain accurate records of customers and payments while supporting team objectives.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative environment;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in rental, customer service or billing preferred.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies; provide documentation and solutions.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions.
• Ensure returned/off-rented equipment is documented.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities.
• Provide backup support to other team members.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, customers, and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and invoices for vendors.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving required.
