Ironclad Environmental Solutions in Texas is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage branch rental and sales agreements, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction with a safety-first mindset. You will handle inquiries, verify information, prepare contracts, document equipment movements, and collaborate across departments to keep rentals running smoothly.

Applicants should have high school diploma, 3+ years in rental or billing, strong communication, attention to detail, and solid MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the rental industry, customer service, or billing, preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies, providing solutions and timely follow-up.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions for all outgoing and incoming equipment.
• Ensure that all returned/off-rented equipment is properly documented promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities.
• Provide backup support to other team members as necessary.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, including customer information, contracts, and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and vendor invoices to ensure proper payment.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned and maintain strong problem-solving skills.
