Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage and process branch rental/sales agreements, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction with a safety-first mindset.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a collaborative team environment. MS Excel and Office tools are used daily; veterans are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in rental, customer service, or billing is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• MS Excel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies with documentation and timely solutions.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions for outgoing and incoming equipment.
• Ensure returned/off-rented equipment is documented promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities smoothly.
• Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, customer information, and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and invoices for vendors, ensuring proper payment.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
