You will process rental transactions, document contracts, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with other departments to optimize branch efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• MS Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies with documentation and timely solutions.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions accurately.
• Ensure that returned and off-rented equipment is documented promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
• Maintain records of rental transactions, customer information, and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and invoices for vendors to ensure proper payment.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
