Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage branch rental and sales agreements, process transactions, and maintain documentation with a safety-first mindset. You will handle inquiries, provide timely information, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the rental industry, customer service, or billing, preferred but not required
• 1-2 years of data entry experience
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• MS Excel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Address customer invoice inquiries and discrepancies, provide documentation and solutions, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare documentation for customer contracts and process rental transactions, ensuring accuracy of information entered.
• Ensure that returned and/or off-rented equipment is properly documented in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate rental activities smoothly.
• Provide backup support to other team members as needed.
• Suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, including customer info, rental agreements, and payments.
• Create and receive purchase orders and invoices for vendors to ensure proper payment.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
