MTM Transit in Reno, NV is seeking a Reservationist to handle incoming calls via an ACD system, schedule transportation, and manage trip details. You will document requests, select vendors, and ensure accurate coding and MTM procedures.

The role stresses prompt, courteous service and knowledge of MTM Transportation Provider Network. Requires high school diploma, 30 wpm typing, data entry experience, and a valid driver’s license. MTM offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute or greater.
• Data entry experience and 10-key preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming ACD calls for customers—passengers, vendors, and clients.
• Handle daily scheduling of trips by documenting requests and selecting vendors.
• Use correct coding and documentation procedures.
• Report issues and unusual trip circumstances to team lead for prompt resolution.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of MTM Transit’s Transportation Provider Network.
• Provide courteous and prompt responses to all transportation requests.
